Horton named in Madison Genesis group

Tobyn Horton has been called as part of Madison Genesis’s team roster for the 2014 season.

The particular 26-year-old from Guernsey had been looking for a new team after the demise of his former employers Team UNITED KINGDOM Youth.

The decision of ex-Formula 1 world champion Nigel Mansell to withdraw funding from the clothing left their riders with no ride for next season.

Mary Scully, Pete Hawkins, Scott Davies, Matt Holmes, Tom Stewart, Paul Northey have also joined Madison.

“I am sure the new riders will not only strengthen the core of the team, but additionally, more importantly, increase the versatility of the group enabling us to be more aggressive throughout the ever-diversifying road race diary, ” said Madison team supervisor Roger Hammond.
